Who sells 16 gauge spring steel splints? I am looking for 5/8" to 3/4" wide. I would would need enough to make a matching set of legs and arms. Cuisses and Greaves, Vambrace and Rerebrace.

I think a fighting practice suit would be a good idea. I can make the tourney kit a little nicer that way and make my mistakes on the practice suit. Are those 1/2 inch wide splints on your legs?

I think medium soft leather with splints on the inside and outside is growing on me. Nice looking splints and fancy rivets on the outside a plain splint on the inside. If its too light on protection, I can always add a couple pockets for a plastic plates in the cuisse. I need splits strong enough to...
