Thank you all for your info its helping me alot but what kind of armour did the 7th centurey vikings wear and same goes for the late 13th and earliy 14th century golden hoard warrior use? was it royalty that only used axes or did the regular warriors use them too?

Having a strong and fast attack is great but how can i have an equaly strong block? the exercises sound like they will help some but are there any other workouts i should do for blocking?

yeah i think thats the way im going to go with my axe. does anyone know the measurements for a viking one handed axe is? and what would i use for the handle and how do those axe heads feel in use?

Wire cutters

OK ive used different kinds of cutters they all broke or couldnt cut 14ga wire even my pair of craftsmen are have alot of trouble getting through. what should i use?

i had some Kids in my school who use creatine and it worked but its bad for your body to take it so they stoped and warned others to stop too.

Yeah those gaurds are mean they will run anyone over and not have a second thought.

Did you know that if you instead of watching TV read a book you metabolism increases and you burn fat just because your mind is imagining what's going on in the book. Basically a mind workout.

Heh soryy im in Brooklyen center MN and yes there is a Rennaisance fair near me about 20 min. drive to the grounds. and what kind of weapons can you use?
