Dredging this post up from the past with an update. We've corrected the tip to ensure it will not protrude more than .5 inches into a bargrill with 1" spaces. We were going for something in the middle. Wanted it to look more swordlike than just a rattan stick wrapped in duct tape :P . If the edge is the only thing making it illegal (it's .5 inch), what if we rounded it more? Remember it's still a rattan "bat", the foam is just for asthetics. We don't know...

Yes! This is just what I was wanted. How much would a breast and backplate with faulds cost? Side hinges aren't neccessary, I'd prefer straps. Also how long would it take?

I'd also like a slimmer outline. Two straps on all the tassets. I need a 7.5 in.(19 cm) neck opening.
