Are these the same poles you are talking about? I use them in the group I fight with. They are fiberglass...and black...and a lot cheaper.

A CoP similar to what Mad Matt offers would be ideal. I have one and I love it. I would recommend Matt but he may be too busy and Morid wants this soon.

I have never been able to make a comfortable chinstrap for my helms. How do you make yours? Period or not - doesnt matter to me. I just want something that's comfortable and that will keep my helmet stable on my head. Any help would be appreciated. Pics would be good.

Many sources online sell them for much less but you will prolly have to pay shipping. Best bet is to find a roofing supply store...

Would you say 18g is thicker than 20g by a millimeter? Less? Could somebody not used to dealing with steel on a regular basis be able to eyeball the difference?
