i agree with the hex pads too they are made to be used in football i used them in both football and sca i love them its all i wear on my legs and they are amazingly light and durable

easiest way i have found is to take a a pot fill it up with water and put it on the stove until boil simply put the stick up on to the pot wait 15min or until you can bend it and put one end down on the ground and just push the stick to your desire curve. i do this for my scrimtars
