Caius, I dont have the pattern but I DO have lots of leather. I have some burgundy upholstry leather I was going to use for this. I used my own patterns for the plates.

I had not got as far as cutting out leather or patterns for the shell.

It was made for some incredibly sexy guy, 6' 2" tall, 255 pounds, with a very manly 52" chest. It was a bit tight, would probably fit a 50" or a bit less better than it did me... er... I mean him.

It will also adjust in tighter with the straps a bit as well.
