On the issue with the grinder.I learned this from a job as a young man working in a welding shop.Take a spring strong enough to support the grinder.Hook it to an overhead support(beam,joist)attach it to your grinder.(some grinders have an eyelet for that..The spring or bungle will take a load off.I ...
