Pick ups are a great resource for our household. We have practice between 2 and 3 times a week, BUT we are generally fighting each other (approx 7-10 fighters). WHEN we do get a chance to fight ANYONE else we give them all they want and get as much as we can. We call it "in-breeding" fight...

I am unable to find the article where an Ortho surgeon and SCA-dian built ortho knees into his still knees, BUT, I used his specs and crafted a set of my own from ABS and Baseball cathers knees.
