Its the plastic cutting boards and food grade barrels are made from.

it's availible in a variety of grades depending mainly on how much UV protection you need the plastic to have.

Any large plastics company should have it.

The buyer of the WMA stainless plates has not posted payment so these are up for grabs again. They are brand new, unused. "D" shape Birka lamellar plates that are sold by WMA. I have 400 of these, which should be enough for body armour unless you are a very stout person. I am asking $150 + shipping....

If you want to be as historical as possible, don't use wax.

Wax doesn't have to be messy and what mess you may encounter is easily abated by some newspaper.

Wax is simply a SCA expediency that works well for most folks.

Gentles, Road sign aluminum is usually WAY too soft. I prefer a known material and hardness rating. The crease down the center is the peak of a triangular center ridge about 4" deep.
