Wow I had completely missed that he was in Drachenwald Colors...Did he fight in that garb..before winning the coronet, or is it basically Royal Fighting garb made for him after he won? Either way it's very cool. Just showed the pic to my wife (the costuming Laurel)...who said, and I quote, very nic...

We used 2 round wood hand rails, and an 18 inch piece of round pipe to join them. That way we can easily break them down for storage and transport. We built the thing 20 years ago though. It works like a charm. We still use it occasionally. We also recently (last Novemer) cut the side boards (2x4s t...

My problem with Ashcraft-Baker is that they do not seem to have anything off the shelf. I ordered 3 sword baskets hilts and 2 shield basket hilts expecting them to be something that he would have lots of, as his prices are very good., and priced to order in quantity. I waited a month for them to be ...

Wow I just got chills..I did not read this post until this morning. A female squire of mine came over to the house last night to train. We ran moving power generation drills. She threw anywhere from 2 to 4 successive blows while moving, all generating the power levels I wanted to see. My squire said...

Star Twinkle Mead
When I was in Drachenwald in the late 80s and early 90s, there was a Mead circulating called Star Twinkle. I believe it orginated in Anstorrea or Atenvelt, at least I think that's where the people who were brewing it orginally came from. I really liked it, but was never able to get the receipe. It w...

There are any number of reasons other than armor failure that could cause someone to be knocked out, and not neccessarily form a extreme power blow. In Drachenwald I saw Count Timoch knock a guy out with his great sword. We determined later that the guy had been on charge-of quarters gotten into a c...

At this point I think the word scam in regards to this lady is a little extreme. A scam means that a person was intentionally and with malice and forthought cheated. Several of we Atlantians actually know the lady, know where she can be gotten ahold of, and are in the process of getting ahold of her...
