Ive been working on a Italian Sallet for SCA combat during the after hours at my shop.
its stainless and the visor is 2 pieces. I tried the 1 piece a few times and honestly it kicked my ass
plus its to hot out. Stainless can be so ruff sometimes.

i gave it some of my own flair and made some changes.

I dont know anyone that likes to get tattooed that has a issue with 75-125 per hour for professional custom work, and that shop overhead and material costs way less.

I finished up a Valsgarde 5 inspired helmet before Estrella war. it all stainless and the weave is 12 ga the rest is 14.
It was on display in the Aesir Metalwyrks booth for a bit until The owner picked it up and wanted to snuggle with it.

I built this for a customer and he needs to sell it for personal reasons.
helms been used once. Its not in my possession.
Its stainless steel with a Knuut stainless aventail.
all antiqued and obviously brassed out. fits a 23.5"-24" head.
