I've been sidelined from fighting since the beginning of November. Right now I'm stuck in limbo waiting for an MRI for a full diagnosis but until then I've been told "No Combat Sports" by my doctor. It would seem to be just the images or pdf file as the copyright in the work is of the author meaning the text has the copyright of the author.
