Vision Supplements

Have any of you tried vision supplements like claroxan, Lutein, Zeaxanthin, or bilberry?

How did it work for you?

Did it have any effect on your fighting?

Shop Layout Advice

At long last I have my own place with plenty of shop space. Here our pictures of the building I intend to use as an armoury shop:

The building is about 12' X 14' inside. How would you guys go about layout the inside?

I've fought in a closed faced barrel helm for so long that when I try to fight in an open face I get confused. There is just so much to see I get lost in it all. Seeing is over rated. My helm is poorly ventilated as well, but you get use to that as well. You can always breather after you fight.

I just asumed they were all Heavry Cavalry. Heavy Cav usually carries straight sabers.

Their are many eruopean cav sabres that were straight.

My favorite cav sabre is a Patton, and it's straight and double edged.

I'm assuming you are using plywood. Look closely at the edges of the wood and you will see that each piece is made of an odd number of layers. The direction of the grain alternates with the layers. To get a heater that keeps it shape you want each pice of plywood laid so that the grain runs up and do...
