I received my 14th C. laced shoes w/ Vibram soles in late Nov., and they are great. Nice and comfy, well made.

I've bought stuff from Frank in the past (belts, leather for projects) and have found Frank to be great in communication and helpful in ordering. 5 Stars.

I've used Rec-Specs for quite awhile.

I use a WMA kettle helm and have no problems. I have also used them w/ my Ironmonger bascinet helm and no issues.

Brian, I have the H34 style and BTW, love it! OK, I attached maille around the back, sides, but trimmed the front of the grill to about 3 inches above the chin of the grill. I got my COP kit from GAA. His plates were of 18ga. Good protection, but wanted something lighter.
So, I then cut the same plates out of a 1/8" ABS plastic sheet, using copper belt rivets #10 size w/ a 6oz leather shell. Much lighter.
