I'd have to disagree. Usually guys who wear a lot of armour know they need to take lighter shots. It always amazes me the guys that wear no real armour in Crown and want to be Nuked from Orbit. Why are we inspecting armor at all? This should be a courtesy only, as we sometimes forget things. But all in all, armor is only used to protect those who are wearing it. It should be up to the individual to protect themselves according to the minimum standards, which they should know if they are au...

Fight. A lot. Fight and then when you are tired, practice at slower speeds. Fight until you want to puke. Do this several times a week.

If you cannot fight this much, do crossfit style of workouts. Lookup fight gone bad and emulate.
