I'd have to disagree. Usually guys who wear a lot of armour know they need to take lighter shots. It always amazes me the guys that wear no real armour in Crown and want to be Nuked from Orbit. But I guess as long as you can limp away and hide the bruises you can call yourself a winner no matter wh...

Fight. A lot. Fight and then when you are tired, practice at slower speeds. Fight until you want to puke. Do this several times a week.

If you cannot fight this much, do crossfit style of workouts. Lookup fight gone bad and emulate.

A guy I used to train with quite a bit and I used this drill with the added addition of having the target area called out. It could be a single shot or combination or continuous. Cool video.
