For those of us that grew up in Dinuba, its the only part of California that matters, no one in their right mind would want to live South of there ;)

Cat,

I use both Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to do those kinds of things.

If you have any questions or would like me to help with anything feel free to email me. I'll be out of touch tomorrow, but I always like playing with these kinds of things.

Thats what you do when you drive that 20000 dollar car for 200 a month. People that don't want to take a loan for a car a. buy a cheaper car or b. save more money. Those are you options for armour too, buy something you can afford or save till you can afford what you want. Its pretty simple really.

the key is to put the glue on , then the ratchets, before the glue dries, if you let the glue dry it will make it less likely to bend. Once the glue dries, it helps the shield hold its shape.

Armour and Castings, is Beathan here on AA, several people have really good things to say about them. (I personaly haven't done any business with them, but from the reviews I've seen, I wouldn't worry too much about it.)

rub it with peanut oil and heat it with a torch till the oil starts smoking, it makes a nice brown patina. Get it hotter and it goes almost black.

Looks like a yound teenager, about 5' tall. It says the width of the armor is 45 inches, and the length is 40, so the kid can't be very big for it to swamp him like that.

On another note, the copper work on that stuff is pretty freaking cool

Here is a thought, add a separate section, either as a new forum or a page like the links page, for the purpose of armory reviews. I think it would be best to have a Forum, similar to armour of the month, where JT or a Moderater would start a thread with the name of the armoury as the subject. It wo...

I made a belt once using Half persian 3-1 as edging on both sides of a E 4-1 middle, it had a nice look to it, almost like a rolled edge on plate. One interesting side effect though it seemed to suck in the last row a bit kind of like a contraction, so I'm not sure if you would like that on a shirt....

Geocitites and their type of hosting services only allow a certain amount of trafic per day. IE 1 meg (its ussually not that low) of transfer per day for a site so if we all go on there and down load a 10k pic 100 times then we exceed the "Bandwidth Limit" placed on the site by geocities.

I don't know about PC breastplates, but anyone who has ever played baseball with their nalgene or dropped it of a 200 foot cliff or ran over it in their car, knows how tough PC can be. I know they aren't 4mm thick either.

You guys just need to find another archiver in the US who lives near UPS or FEDEX and have them reroute an order for you. It would be more expensive but the price is still pretty good.
