My persona is a Border Reiver circa 1570-1590, and I wanted to have throat protection a lil bit more in line with what was used...the old linen wrapped around the neck trick. I did buy it...it's a lot of fun. I would love to see the 9 AND A HALF HOURS of battle footage they have, but I can't really part with 150 bucks right now.
