Sallet patterning
I am starting a new 1050 sallet soon, and an curious to everyone's thoughts and suggestions of patterning. 2 piece? (What I'm planning). 3 or 4 piece? I'm keeping close to shape of the Sigismund of Tyrol harness.

I usually do them at 105.00 plus shipping The articulation is so smooth you can hold the metacarpal plate and flop the lames back and forth! These are recycled street signs, which are usually 5052 grade aluminum, a medium grade. Are they as bulletproof as 6061 t-6? No. Will you still get YEARS of se...

I used a 3/4 hp motor, 115 volt, 12 amps. 10 hp air compressor 240 or 480 at how many amps??????????? I like a low power bill myself, and it barely pulls more than my pedistal grinders...

I lookrd at ALOT of vids on youtube, did a bunch of research and found the mecanism from a "little giant" or "yoder" hammer looked the best for me, and Im pretty happy with it. I really got to tune it down for sheet metal, or it gouges the metal (still fine tuning the dies). It has a fair amount of ...
