I've got an oblong head, what's the measurement from front to back, around the forehead? And how much would a mail drape be? I also have a long neck and could use the added protection. Yeah, I'm all funny looking. Thanks.

Its just a matter of getting used to them, there's no real disadvantage IMHO. The advantage is that your enemy can't see the majority of your face. Just my 2c
