Point of order- I was under the impression that bretache referred to the actual plate nasal used in this configuration, and not just the technique of pinning the camail up over the nose. Am I wrong? I've seen it used interchangably for both the plate or the camail triangle, but that doesn't mean it...

Suppsed to be anti-inflammatory.

This is only one study, but this doc found little evidence that it did a whole lot.
