Re: Looking for junk comic books

If you're willing to wait a few months, I have a load of old comic books in storage. I really can't remember most of the titles, wish you had asked a few years ago when I had a ton, but I pretty much have the entire Nightwing series up to Issue 82 that I'm willing to part with. If you're interested...

Re: Looking for junk comic books

Well, truth be told I have a side business venture on eBay. I like to buy mixed lots of all kinds of comics, keep the ones I enjoy and sell the others. I like to put thought into what I send, a mixture of newer valuable books, Marvel/DC 80-90's, and independents. Do I make money doing this? No not r...

Looking for junk comic books

I'm interested in comics of low value. Marvel/DC, and Indies. Any condition. If you have comics you want to get rid of at a reasonable cost let me know.

Thanks.

Duke Nukem Forever PC for sale

I've got a copy of Duke Nukem Forever for PC. It's a European copy so you should be able to resell it, trade it or give it away when done.

Asking price $15. Maybe $3 for shipping.

Anyone interested in a pair of Feelgoodz flip flops?

They're supposed to be really comfy. I have a Men's pair in black - Size 11.5-13

Tried once indoors. Too small for me.

Re: It appears that The Mercenary's Tailor Is Out Of Busines

Allan isn't the kind of guy to shaft people. He mentioned a pile of finished work he literally couldn't afford to box and ship. Ask him if yours is done and pay him extra to box it up and ship it. His work was so under priced he went broke doing it. A good resolution for both of you would be to pon...

Sounds like a promising idea. An alternative to eBay would be welcome. Their fees are out of hand.

True, there is eBid, however I haven't been able to sell jack there myself on the US eBid site.

Re: De-Zinc Maille

I would NOT seal a lid on a bucket with vinegar and zinc. The reaction should be releasing hydrogen gas. Not certain if the reaction will build up enough pressure to pop the lid but when you do open it there will be a concentration of clear odorless flamible gas to deal with. Besides I thought the ...

It's butted square wire. Looks recently made, galvy coat was pretty fresh. I guess they didn't know it was stainless.

De-Zinc Maille

I obtained some stainless maille that someone galvy dipped for some weird reason. Either they like the galvy shine or they didn't know it was stainless. Anyway, I soaked it in vinegar for several hours until the bubbling stopped. I disposed of the vinegar and washed off the maille, but now I have a ...

Could be possible to do that. Haven't seen these crossbows, but I am aware of some really interesting custom designs NERF fans can make with store bought weapon toys.
