Not commonly seen. The one vase style plume holder shows up in a mid 1460's St. George, but it is located on the brow plate of the sallet (seperate from the visor). Much more often plumes are seen being held by small orbs directly atop the sallet, (or bascinet), or in small tube holders affixed ato...

I like 9's better because you are still in the fight when you attack with the 12' you can hang back almost a full rank more...i get more fight with 9s and less ghaks cause they did not see me and more ghaks with the 12'...

You can reconcile it to yourself all you want. When you fight me, I am not a late period european deciding it would be cool to dress like a Mongol for a day. **To him you are. Just like to me you might be small pink elephant... I am interested in that culture from a medieval standpoint. I am interes...

Now my fu is strong m This incident is a thinly-veiled account of the famed Combat of the Thirty, which is of importance in Breton history and in the annals of chivalry, as being an exemplary passage of arms. It may be worthwhile to note that Sir Robert Knolles, who is held to have participated in t...

I died in every battle of the Crusader battles. All but one was from being shot. IT was fun. So CA would make the 30 more fun then too. Right? Sure would. Plate is proof. Wouldn't hurt me a bit. In fact, would make my armor even MORE valuable.... Plate is proof? Nope its not unless you are in the w...

You can buy a pretty good replica here: [url] m[url] Honestly, if you are already tethered to a watch, the key is to make it unobtrusive. On the wrist is right out. You could look for a vi...
