Cooling. Soon as its cool enough to handle I will attach the nasal, run a line of rivets around the top and bottom of the browband, deburr and paint the inside and the helm will be complete and ready to ship.

Helm so far. I will clean up the finish a bit while the fire is getting hot, then blacken it, let it cool a little and attach the nasal and put rivets around the brow band. Maybe an hour and a half and it will be done.

Here is the next step in construction. Browband and cheekplates are on, first (vertical) bar of the bargrill is in place. I use a little 8oz ball pean hammer for peaning rivets around the circumference of a helm (on the inside) for peaning rivets in the crown I have a steel ball bearing welded to a bit of pipe.

Just the dp pro. will find the model number here directly. Works with sprint, even sprint 4glte, because they are single band. Won't work with verizon 4g, wont work with tmobile at all. As I said though, worked fine with sprint 4g lte.
