Engagement was lost. He grabbed the banner and took off like a shot. Kudos to him, sucked to be us. We all took off after him and I was yelling for a newb fighter who was with me (but is lightning fast) to go, GO, GO!! The newb did manage to catch up He wasn't in weapons range, or they wouldn't have...

Re: Bad Blood and poor sportsmanship –Pennsic–

The final field battle I was removed from the field on the little golf cart due to an over excessive face-thrust by a spearman who struck we with such force that the back of my helm struck the ground before the rest of my body dazing me and (as I am given to understand) blacking me out for a couple...

Perhaps in my world, which I wish was more prevalent, noble warriors would address issues on the spot on the field, or directly after an engagement and there would be no hearing about it second hand. Think about that. Do spectators have a duty to inquire into "issues" directly after an en...

Kohl's has white linen drawstring trousers for about $20. Get them a bit large, sew the pockets and zippers shut if you like, cut them to length, and there you go! ;)

Or get another color to wear, and make a pattern from them.

Once you get used to it, because the mechanics are a little different, just as they are anytime you borrow a different sword, you will find certain things happening.

Your tip will move faster.
You will have more control.
