That phrase means little to nothing.

It can mean anything between a Tensile Yield Strength of 6000psi to 67000psi. (for just 2 examples)

Annealed copper is 4830psi
1005 mild steel is 20300psi.
Pure zinc is 5370psi

When I take off my Tasha(TM) pourpoint, the chest and forearms tend to be wet on the outer surface, as well as much of the back and neck. It seems to be working pretty well.

Got from slipping on ice at work, pretty much the same thing w/o surgery-cheap bastards...

I was rather surprised at the atrophy from nearly 3 months of immobility.

Lots of exercise and it its back to normal except for the pain.

I think you're putting to much thought into the whole deal. People came in shapes, sizes and colorations, then just as now. Obviously, diet had a lot to do with it. I forget who made the statement (it may have been Ascham in "toxophilus") that blamed a change in the english diet from meat...

I don't think they would add much in the way of metal to a stone or wooden statue (aside from gold leaf), they were often painted.

I have read a fair amount regarding historical tourneys and deeds of arms etc. I have not read of a single account involving CA They did ban it early on, so it must have been used at some point. That was probably when they were more like little wars and if you lost one week, you'd bring more retain...

They let him in. There are only 20 combatants, of which only 2 are Royal Peers, another 7 knights, and only one AoA level fighter, the rest are GoA fighters. There aren't many Top Contenders this time around, for whatever reason. I'd say that there are 5 that could be expected to make it to the last...
