To sell. It is a message board like this. How long have you been climbing? What kind of climbing are you doing? What level? That looks like a pretty basic shoe that is good for a beginner or long trad routes, but not really good for a boulderer or sport climber. Good rock climbing shoes are TIGHT. V...

If you like the slipper style, La Sportiva Cobras are awesome. I wear em 3 or 4 sizes down. If you like something stiffer, the Miuras are great.

That plaque belt is dead sexy. You'll need to carry a towel to keep the drool off of it And here's my latest; main inspiration is Maciejewski folio 45v; silverpoint, oak gall ink, natural pigments (in a gum arabic binder) shell gold and gold leaf applied on a period-style size of hide glue, slaked ...

True but would that belt fall under "simple"? Just wondering. PS how is the foot doing? It seems most are in agreement that it is not simple, but as His Highness Thorstenn pointed out, everyone's definition of simple is different. The foot still hurts occasionally, so I am guessing it is ...

I like Bokalo, I think he has a lot of great products and is a pretty cool guy. But his helmets have always looked like ass. I haven't seen a lot of Bokalo's helms, but I have seen at least two that are quite lovely. Edward Eagleheart (one of Mittion's squires) has a stainless sallet that is excell...

They are very nice. Are they for SCA use? If so, I would be a tad concerned that they won't cover the sides enough. They are for SCA they are deeper than they appear in the photo's from other pics I have seen. Him and I discussed this very issue, they should be ok for combat but I won't know for su...

Sadly, in Trimaris, it is kingdom law that "simple red belts are reserved for use by direct associates of members of the Order of Chivalry." Similar restrictions exist for yellow and green belts.

Oh, and that belt is the new hotness. :-)

I'd love to see your design for the barrier.

We already have a design for portable fencing that will mark this list field. I'll see if I can draw something up in the next few days to display it.

Living in South Florida, I will likely never own any mild gear. Heck, I made Windrose make a stainless grill for me for extra money (Johannes hates doing it). The aggravation factor of mild is too high for my tastes.

Cutlasses & Corsairs (I assume they'll do auths) and St. Vals are likely your only options at this point.

That is, unless you get special permission from the KEM (Prince Thorstenn) to auth locally.

I agree with Adric -- either you are selling direct to consumer or you are selling to dealers. If you are doing what you claim you are, then your reduced rate should be to the consumer as well.

One Shot.

I did some searching on the AA and came across that. It's oil based, so a bit of a pain to use, but it has a nice sheen (not shiny, but just right) and seems to be holding up well.

It isn't cheap, though, and you'll need to find a specialty art store to get it.
