find some plain steel rod the right size, a large nail or a long bolt will do. get a tap ( faucet ) washer, a plain rubber washer with a hole in and make sure the hole is much smaller than the rod and also place something under the bracket to stop he rod from dropping too far. the washer may hold it...

thank you Thomas, at the last event I sold 2 forges there and one online the same weekend ( about $180 each US ), I think 4 fireboxes totaling ( about $450 US ) and other assorted items totaling ( about $300 ). I will also get sales later from those who seen me there and had not got money with them ...

sold a forge today at 17.07, it is now 20.04, if the buyer gives me a contact number tonight as requested on the invoice he paid and in the listing and in a message I just sent then the forge I packaged up ready to ship at about 18.00 can be sent tomorrow ( wednesday ) and he should get it thursday....
