I would contact them and make sure they had it in stock. Some sites forget to update on quantity and hold your money forever before sending your stuff. :c

I know KultofAthena has some dirt cheap spun 14 guage shield bosses...not sure how they would hold up in SCA combat though.

Re: The Art Armor Workshop.
Hey Emris, On your website, the term "arm armor" would be more appropriate than "hand armor" on your category list. The hand is only the portion of the arm where the gauntlet goes. Lovely work. :) -Gerhard Thanks! Bascinet of Karl 6 . Half-finished. http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/s3...

From seeing it so often at practices, I would say that the two differnet color leather bits clash. If you could dye one or the other it would bring up the cohesion of the kit, IMO. But ya look good, man. And the greaves are gonna be rockin when ya get em.

Reverse the rivet. Peen it on the outside. If you stick the helm horizontally onto a sturdy piece of pipe or angle iron to support the rivet head from there, it sould be easy sailing to peen that sucka.

Swete, Most of the holes are strapped straight across. The last two by the fingers are twisted around each other twice so that the strap is still across the same set of holes. And if you natural fibers or leatherthey will stretch. Waldryk likes to use poly-nylon, it doesn't stretch or rot. Nakos Ma...
