Ive done fairly well on brass with a dremel and one or two gravers from rio grande and a couple ive made out of tool steel.

IMO its about trial and error. so go slow and steady and be careful.

and when you do make a mistake see if its possible to polish it out before you trash it.

im of the mind to add four inches along the torso ( thats one inch on each side seam)

and two on the sleeves of any padded garmet. imo is best to be safe and wasteful than every sorry and on a diet.
