anyhow my thought of a female version of gambison was use the old t-shirt and ducttape method of fitting then draw in seams where needed to get flat cloth to form to a shapely body..... aka the center seam in front along with two seams running down the lenght of the breasts then side seams. then two...

I got a 200lb anvil in Cincinnati.... not currently in use...

but id expect a good bit for it since Ive wanted one forever and just fell into this one recently.
ONly reason why id consider getting rid of it is it isnt getting used now. ( no shop)

looks cool... just some ideas that may get you differnt mileage.. Fit the visor a bit tighter. and if you have a welder and are willing weld the lower jaw to the bottom of the snout. guys, the top is Cads it came welded and dished fully...

ergo its not hard to make a cool helm when the key peice is already awesome. all you have to do then is not screw it up too bad:-)

what about going to sylo flex shelled swords for these scabbards?

it would give you an exact fit every time and allow you to replace the blade with minimal work as well as still be a solid stick

Im a fan of 20 guage wire. one silver and one brass twisted together.

the holes on my vervelles are sorta sharp around the edges and I didnt file them well. ( now theyre on and I cant get a reamer in on the holes)

for sca combat Ive yet to find anything easier to maintain and still allow a good degree of impact absorption as well as be easy to adjust.

I always place the pivot holes right above my ear canal on each side of the helm. ( be sure to have the helm padded properly and snug around your skull first)
