milanese besagew

I'm looking for some one to make a single milanese besagew, lightly dished with roled edge and aprox 7 to 7 1/2in diameter.
and a strap of leather on the back held on by one rivet in the center so that I can strap it to my pauldron.

yea It takes a LOT of feathers.
I have tried twice now and don't want to do it agan so I'm realy looking to pay someone else to do it, then I will make the bird part myself.

Anyone able to make one of these peacock feather crests? I need one with feathers coming out of a ball or peice of cork or something that I could stick on the end of a paper mache peacock as a tail. Oh I agree they were still in common use, Im just saying thay had been around for a while and there were some new styles in use. I actually Intend to purchase a black sallet at some point for use with a similar harness Im not saying ther wrong or anything just that old style gothic armour worn with ...
