i have one, its very nice.
im not really looking to get rid of it though.
if you were willing to just replace the parts and rattan i would be fine with making a new one.
ill find the pics i posted of it and put them up.

STOP! ........................................hammer time.
so where is the best place to get specialty hammers?
ive see lots of different kinds and having now worked with metal a bit can definately see where different things would be handy.
so im looking to pick up a few different ones to add to the collection.

Re: Cleaning up dishing forms
we used a grinder with a danding wheel. worked great for the larger ones.
we still have 2 deep swadges with a relatively ssmall diameter that the grinder wont fit into. and i really dont want to have to use the dremmel.

yes he has a mohawk, right now the sides are grown out a bit but he's had it since he was 4.
we always give him the option to change it but he likes so it stays. even when he gets teased at school he couldnt care les.

so we gave the armor to my son today,
to say he was surprised was an understatement.
wore it most of the afternoon.
the helm should be done some time next week.

you can still look good with a bascinet. and oddly enough everywhere i look that has decent prices on bascinets all seem to have either a clapsvisor or houndskull. if you can live with either of those have a look at jolly knight. he has a really nice clapsvisor right now for 400. also hit up shamroc...
