thank you very much, it has taken quite a while to put together on a budget.
ill add this one so you can see the shoulders and rondells.
i left out the blued finger gauntletts because i forgot where i left them but they complete the whole thing.

you should also take a look at shamrock armory. he recently made this helm for me. while it was a bit more than your price range im sure you could get something very nice. do keep in mind that you can start with a nicer helm as well. not to knock hyalmir or anybody elses quality of craftsmanship.( lord know's there are niches to fill) there are plenty of other armorers who do nice helms for a reasonable price. it would help to know what range your budget is. people li...

also look at white mountain armory imo they make some of the best looking crusader helms around. there are also numerous armorers here who would do an excellent job, like jackie at shamrock armory, i cant recommend him more, he made mine and crusader for sir finn thats really nice. also look at icef...

well after getting the finished pics it was either share with the world or crap myself so i went with the sharing thing.

and believe me, my hands are itching to get on this baby.
ill add that jackie changed the attachment method so we dont have the hinge or the pins on the sides like in my sketch.
and he took out the bar in the center of the grill which i think is awesome.

i actually simplified the design on the trim so it would be easier for him to do but he went and did it how i really wanted it anyway.
i think the translation from sketch to reality is spectacular.

yeah i hate bar grills.
my last helm had a closed face but this time i wanted a kettle so this was the answer.
jackie kept the design of the bars very close to the original sketch which i find to be a feat in itself.
