I prefer stiched.
and for the pipe i would go with no pipe, 1 1/2-2 ft. and a long one at about 5 ft.
but if you ar doing just one the medium length.

i know i could use at least 3-4 hoods
and 1-2 surcoats as well.
although i do like the thicker idea the thinner would definitely have a place with me.

if somebody gets hurt because they failed to have equipment that passes the basic rules of combat then its their fault in the first place. i dont want to see anybody get hurt but if YOU dont follow the rules and YOU get hurt its your fault My concern is still that quite a few people do not have well...
