any time.
ive gone through 3 different armorers just for demi's and you hit the nail on the head so to speak.
the fit is perfect. (ive actually never had a pair fit so well) and exactly what i was looking for.
and like i said you just cant beat the price for the quality.

personally i like it about 2 1/2-3 inches below my chin but i also like them to curve inward signifigantly. down underneath my chin.
of course i dont really like bar grills and dont use one anymore but my 2 cents.

my boss was flat when i got it.
and the shield is curved.
just use carriage bolts and washers and tighten evenly on the way around should get you where you need to be.
not easy but worked on mine.

i also have a mace i could part with. i just dont use it anymore. its not a kong but another type of thick rubber dog toy. this one is round w/ a hole in the center just large enough to force the rattan through. fits nice and snug while keeping a cushion of air inside which provides amazing rebound....
