I am trying to help a newb get his own shield

He asked me today (before ordering) what the difference was between 6061 T6 and premium 7075 T6 aluminum.

I dont have an answer, but I bet someone here does.

I also worry that moisture will cause the contact paper to peel
They sell 1/8th inch sheets of oak veneer (for cabinets) but I fear that it will crack when I rivet on the boss and other decorative bits

Having worked for Drx at a couple of wars I know he checks his email as he can and has been known to process and ship website orders while at war.
