Jeff,

That's the beauty of the Companye....We don't need to be close geographically. It's about haviong the shared experience of beeing an artilleryman in the Armed Forces....and maybe doing some siege engine activities in the SCA if you are so inclined.

I second ( or is that +1?) Zweihammers gauntlet kits. I had to steal my wife's set, which were too big for her elicate little hands anyways...So I could make up a set of demi-gauntlets. I use the full gauntlets, with a sewn-in pad, riveted-in gloves and leather cuffs for single and two-handed weapon...
