Re: Aaron, Et al. reply from consrtuction page.
Thanks Hal! You've done great work right here. I need to follow my Muse, and look again at the tools I've got from you and use them properly, then if that doesn't work I'll buy more tools from you and do my best to use them properly. Dishing, planishing, raising, etc...I'm good on. My fluting looks ...

Hal's Tools Request
Good Morning Hal and fans of Hal,
Could you post the available Hal's tools to shape, flute, fold and roll 22 gauge or lighter stainless? I will be slowly working on turning my wife's recumbent trike into a velomobile with a mirror finish stainless steel cover.

Re: Shaping light gauge stainless
Hi Hal, I've got your basic set. Could we move to either PMs or Classifieds so I can ask about buying some of your tools for fluting and shaping the stainless? I think I need to upgrade my tool set, and I totally forgot you built my sabatons out of exactly the gauge I'm looking for. Those were danci...

Shaping light gauge stainless
Hi,
I would like advice on fluting and shaping light (ee gauge or thinner) stainless steel. Are there fluting and rolling machines or tools? I own some of Hal's tools (they ROCK!). However I have heard there are autobody tools and other methods for light stainless.

IF a backyard practice had their own insurance, would it be OK to host a fencing practice that is not SCA, but contains SCA members?

Or changing suits. Swimming and BOTN fighting are two different sports, and I bet Athanaric will not think of swimming while in his BOTN kit, or end up trying to take the BOTN field dressed in a speedo.

Dan, I know this sounds rather silly to post on a 21st Century electronic forum...but do you know of a good book on Border Rievers, that shows pictures? I love the idea of having a fencing kit that looks right. Maureen has a good Burgonet and I think the kids and I could all go out as Border Rievers...

Yep. It's clear I can't order these right now due to a website issue. Every other website seems to work, so it's not an internet issue.

Talk to your knight, Sir Guy. I know he had his appendix out, and fought at Pennsic the next week. But he kept his appendix and was seen strangling someone with it at the Tuchux Charity Tournament.

Good Afternoon, I'm in Germany for the week and my love of sword-and-buckler fencing has been re-ignited. Could you post or link pictures of sword-and-buckler depictions? Sounds like a plan.
But I've heard that quite a few contacts overseas can be quite good. It's hit-or-miss, or so I've heard...just like in the USA. Maybe you need to find an overseas leatherworker that is the Icefalcon of his area?
