Could we turtle up (sort of like the Viking shield walls or the Roman Tortise...I may be getting this wrong) effectively? It might be fun to ...

Yes, I was dripping with sarcasm (and a bit of annoyance).

Has anyone added quillions to thier basket and see if they could block with them?

If your opponent blocks with a basket hilt, does that mean y

Howdy, It was said: "Oh and BTW- since my hand is inside the sword, and the hilt is part of the sword, when I block with my basket hilt, I am blocking with the sword, same as if I were blocking with quillons, and I am not blocking with my hand." Why don't you add quillions to your basket then? It's ...

The idiot-proof full-greave / sabaton pattern I made works!

Yeah!! I finished what I will call The Idiot-Proof Full Greave and Sabaton Combo, and as a test I put on my stainless legs (THANK YOU IceFalcon!) and tonlet (home-made) and danced around the floor for a bit while my son videotaped. I make the sound of a recycling container being dumped down a hill.....

What would you say to a "Tender Parts Tourney"?
