It depends what is available. I use either cotton or linen or sometime cotton/linen mix. I always use the best I can find for the price I sell and the more natural looking too. I choose carefully the fabrics so it wont be too rigid because I want my clothes to be as confortable to wear as possible.

Yes, I can do it but there is an extra $$$ because I must use double length of fabrics due to standard fabric width. The extra depends on the chosen model.
