Josh, I don't think Tinker had anything to do with that model. It is a nice sword, just not one of his designs.

Hey Lloyd, pm me your PayPal, I'll take the two non-Japanese books. If I'd been quicker, I would've taken the Japanese language cd's...my nephew's taking it in college and I wanna make sure he's not BS'g the rest of us.

Yes, especially considering the zero wait time as well as knowing that the money paid never went and is not ever going to Brand @ WCA. And how can you be sure? It is sort of like saying "made by the talented mechanics at Yugo (but not Yugo)". Advertise under your real name, or whatever, but if you'...

They'll make it to your specfications and it'll fit exactly based on your measurements so take accurate, truthful measurements and you won't be sorry. One thing to note, however- they aren't built to any sort of historical spec- but they're still great garments. Pressed leather and handmade buckles ...

Cod roof. Wow. Recalls to mind a saying I heard once when I was living down South; I'd noted one of my co-workers was putting on weight and when I asked him what was up, he said he was building a shed for his tool. I miss that guy, he was a cool dude.

You might want to consider updating the thread title to two Albion swords- you'll get a good deal more interest I'd think. If you put it up on Swordforum.com or SBG Sword forum you'd get a great deal more interest.

What the hell is the difference between 5.4 feet and 5.10 feet? I'd think the latter is actually shorter than the former. It looks like a medieval storm trooper's getup.

Up for sale is a Medium IceFalcon Blackened Riveted Maille Haubergeon. Advertised as stainless when I bought it but there's no real way for me to tell. I purchased this just last week and have not worn it at all since it did not fit. I bought it w/out realizing it was a medium, my fault, your gain....

Re: Attaching Spaulders to Armour
Points are short pieces of cord that lace and tie the armour to the gambison or arming coat. the ties holds things in place and tend to move a bit better than straps that can catch and bind. The holes are often stitched and reinforce with bits of leather instead of cutting the fibers of the garment...
