these are mild steel, 14ga cop, 16 ga for the rest. I hve joint assemblies completed in both medium and large, and they are made to you size specs. And they do come strapped.

All the helms are mild steel, all the bowls are 13 GA, the top cap of the Pembridge is 13 GA, the rest is 14 GA.

Small is good for head circumferences less than 22"

Medium for 22" to 23.5"

Large for 24" plus.
