How many eight thousand dollar kits do you see on the field? You have eight in your bike, how much do you have in you SCA kit? I've easily spent well over $10,000 on armour. Unfortunately, most of it was an absolute waste of money on items that never arrived, didn't fit, didn't actually function, o...

I frequently contemplate giving up helms, simply I will never make as much per hour on helm than I do on arms or legs. Essentially, If I prorated my hourly on a set of arms, a basic helm would be $500-600, maybe even $750. If perception is reality in the marketplace, then the perception has become i...

James River Armoury Norman Conical for sale

Hi, I just finished this off, it has been sitting in the shop for awhile. It is made from a 12 GA bowl by Cet, the rest is 14 GA, and the nasal is 13GA so it has some durability. It is mild steel. Size is 9.25" front to back, 8" sided to side, fits me tight, but comfortable. I am looking f...

I need a mild steel left arm. I have a right one but no left. How much would that run? Do you have a pic of what the existing arm looks like, so I can see how difficult (or easy) it will be to match it. Hopefully, it is close to the style I make. If I was just making one of mine, I would figure $50...

Don't have the funds for much right now, but I am curious as to what kind of goats your planning on purchasing. Boars? Nubians? Angora's? Some are much easier than others. Bene's a goat lover Eric, remember that goats are social, so do not do a solo goat. That's why I posted this, I got a line on m...
