Jeff, We are aware that you cannot block eChecks on ebay purchases, however, I am going into Paypal at least every 6 weeks to block eChecks on all other transactions, sometimes more frequent, and it keeps being unblocked, I would assume by Paypal because they don't tolerate any hinderence to $$ flow...

You should call paypal and bitch and bitch and bitch. Seriously. If you keep unchecking eCheck and they keep rechecking it they are screwing with you. Eat you way up the food chain. FWIW, if you go to Power Sellers United, the screwing with the eCheck acceptance on accounts is a common problem.
