You know, stitching doesn't take tha much longer, and when you combine it with a good glue, it makes two pieces of leather act like on thick piece. Just a thought. In addition, one eighth inch shank copper rivets come in sizes up to really big and I have never had one break in 15 years. freiman

Guys, Just a note to let everybody know how the Fight for Kids thing is coming. For those of you who don't know, I am planning to fight a thousand fights at Pennsic War this year to raise money for the Zirafka Orphanage in the Czech Republic. They need the money far more than I need the brain cells....

You know, that paint is really tough to get off. I have had some success with "strip-eze" from wal mart on a really hot summer day. If you are willing to paint it, you might try EZ off (the oven cleaner) and some sand paper to make the edge of the decals invisible.
