thanks for the write up. At my first practice, I wore a gi with a white belt in a gesture of respect. I mean, this was my first day, and I didn't want anybody to think I thought I was an expert at anything.

I have heard of somebody who threw a scented candle into her wax when she wax hardened the leather. This added a very subtle scent to the armor, and thus eliminated the "funky armor bag smell".
