I really shouldn't weigh in on this. I don't fence, I don't do archery. I don't ride. I like to throw axes, but know absolutely nothing at all about the live weapons community. But I think that we have a pretty good system with the White Scarves for fencing. Now, it is up to the white scarves to sta...

Guys, I had a thought a second ago. Does anybody here do High Intensity Interval Training on a Pell? Does anybody do Tabatas on a Pell? Boxers and MMA folks do this sort of thing all the time. If so, how did it work for you? What are the nuts and bolts of doing them? And why the heck is this the fir...

Just a short note.

If you are training for the big dance at Pennsic, you have 113 days.

The seconds are ticking away, and when you are resting, somebody, someplace, is training to kick your butt.

You have everything that it takes.

Be a champion.

There are a lot of good options for a woman looking for chest armor. Many of the big female sticks prefer a CoP, Lammelar, or a 14th century breastplate. There are other options available, but those are the big winners in most cases, depending on cup size. Boobie armor abounds, and it gives pretty g...

I didn't notice until you asked. I wasn't sure, but it was on the last notch. There are indentations of the buckle loop in three spots before that.

So, three.

If you can find a basketball goal, you can hang a light tire from the backboard (don't hang it from the rim) with rope.

The telephone pole idea is a good one too.

Hanging a two tire tire swing from a nearby tree will give you exactly what I train with.
