Matt, Do what you need to do. When I was playing music for a living, music became stressful, and eventually, it became a nightmare. My suggestion is to not concentrate on getting the orders out as fast as you can, but rather slow down a bit, and try to enjoy it. You love armoring. My guess is you do...

Things are getting quite exciting now. While some of us are still sitting on the sidelines, many of us believe. Still others are training harder, and keeping it to themselves. We are held prisoner. We can't be complete until we put it all on the line, and see where we can go. We have never really pu...

OK, tomorrow we begin on this training cycle. I will be posting my planned workout about noon tomorrow. I have spent a week with a relatively low intensity, doing more skull sweat than back sweat. My workout buddy appears to be in the process of quitting, and that is disappointing. He has not been a...

As for the rest of you, you have 131 days. Be ready. You have been keeping yourself on a leash. You have wanted to be a champion, but you have hesitated to really train. It is too hard. You stand to lose too much if you completely commit. If you don't really try, then losing is not so bad. It takes ...

Gentles, I have a problem. I bought a phrygian hat from an excellent merchant ane my wife made me two copies of it. She is absolutely wonderful. She is the reason I get up in the morning. She loves me, and she made me some hats. And, I came back from Pennsic last year with no hat. I don't have a clu...

Won't hurt it a bit. Does it hurt your steaks?

It certainly makes it brittle while still frozen, and it is a great way to get some free tenderization.

After the physical bits of gum have been removed, if you are lucky enough not to break the leather (it gets brittle in sub freezing temps) then use baby oil to remove the hard to get spots.

OK, nobody want to put that mileage on their soul. But, in my youth, I sold my soul to rock and roll, so, there can be no damage done.
