Yah I started with a hair dryer brake drum forge so I don't know the agony of bellowing for your air but I can imagine. I usually run the hair dryer on low but if I kick it up to high i'm at high forge welding temp in just a few moments. It's an impressive amount of heat. http://c3.ac-images.myspac...

If someone goes that far out of their way to pull something they love you, or loathe you.

The "Mom, Dad - I'm a norman" pamplets that went around pennsic quite a while was written by my oldest friend, and distributed by his retainers.

Fortunately BSA still insists on it.
My son's troop worked on starting individual fires on a miserable drizzly day, the scoutmaster figured it was as good a time as any.

lackeys, retainers, and servants.
I used a dresssing that was a mix of tallow, beeswax, and neetsfoot oil which dates into the 1700s could be older.

The clan fights for Aethelmark, which doesn't necessarily side with the East every Pennsic.

The problem with opening with a rap is that exposes your arm. Lefties spend a great deal of time avoiding your arm and protecting his. If either of us has a deep wrap out and the other guy hammers the inside elbow even accidentally, that could easily cause serious injury. That is not as an sca knig...

I was the only right handed fighter in my college shire for two years.
A left handed opponent is open in exactly the same manner that you are, you can't fight them as though they are right handed but beyond that they have no great advantage except in your mind

Aaron I would have had no problem with a statement that you would leave to find a fight you would prefer, which is what I think you're trying to say. What you did say was find better fighters to fight? which is a judgement on an opponent who doesn't share your POV on counted blows being the correct ...

Yep, we do should not force others to move to a different game. If they want to fight standard, I fight standard, but take any shot as a win. Just because I've got my standards doesn't mean that others are required to have them. What would happen if I asked for three counted blows, it was refused, ...

I counted how many folks got legged during a tourney once. There were 45 fights while I counted and 19 of them ended with someone fighting from their knees.
