Not only can you form the aluminum lamallar plates to better fit the body, plates can also be added or subtracted til the proper fit and coverage is reached.

For around $150, you could get abit over 200 Stainless lamellar plates from WMA. Given that you are in Mississippi, metal plates would be cooler (tempwise) than plastic. It would also greatly depend on what you wear underneath.

Sounds good for those especially hot years at Pennisc. How bulky are they? Can you purchase additional packs so you can swap out the cooling inserts for extended fighting? Can you get heat packs? What noone like to fight in the snow with a large negative wind chill?

It's not four flails. Just the two flails in their original configuation and then as they currently are, as according to the Eastern guidelines. I'll be adding the four hole leather buttons on the ends this week.
